Zantor Magic is an Italian ice/ novelty ice cart. Very simple operation in terms of food, but designed to be served an an entertaining and performative way.
Entertainer first and foremost. I started performing at eastern market when I was just a kid, and did it for years. I have since worked on various food trucks, and decided to make one that allows me to sell a product and perform at the same time.
