I remember as a child growing up watching my Nonna Angelina as a young girl & later Mamma Emma showing me how to make the most amazing pasta while sharing their times in Italy. These were the most beautiful memories I have & I am proud to offer you the family tradition.

Why I started my own business...
My son Massimo. He's autistic, full of love & especially loves Nonna's fresh homemade pasta!
During Covid lockdown we needed to find ways to keep him busy & since I've been watching mama for so many years, it was time for me to continue the family Italian tradition in hope that Massimo can continue on his own one day soon!
