I am a local micro-bakery with a cottage foods license that sells all sourdough products. My products include traditional sourdough, cinnamon swirl sourdough, three-cheese sourdough, blueberry molasses sourdough muffins, banana chocolate chip sourdough muffins, salted dark chocolate chunk sourdough cookies and oatmeal raisin sourdough cookies. I love connecting with my community and I am local to Norco.
I am a professional marketer-turned-baker! I have owned a successful marketing company for the past 17 years which has allowed me to pursue my other interests such as baking. I started the bakery in 2021 when our local baker decided to move on to another state. I get a lot out of using my hands to produce healthy, naturally fermented sourdough products that customers love.
