The Roost at Long Bird Farm

My son and I hope to homestead here on our small farm of 16 acres. He has chickens that are fed a non GMO diet and also free range.
We have green houses and are able to grow lettuces year round as well as other micro crops. We have taken over an existing farm and made some changes to scale it down a bit. We hope to grow this into a profitable business for us as we slowly incorporate opportunities to share and add community. The Roost was a farm stand and is now becoming a country store. We have a few things on consignment now and are hoping to have more. We will have a pumpkin patch this year and plan to have a Christmas shop.
