Grow microgreens of all varieties in an enclosed commercial building using full spectrum LED grow lights. The microgreens are grown from seed in "Roots Organic Micro-Green" soil using 100% organic nutrients from "Advanced Nutrients." Each rack of microgreens has an oscillating fan to keep proper air circulation to avoid any pest of mold issues, along with large wall fans every 8' of the growing area. Water used is ran through a "Stealth RO" reverse osmosis system before being applied to the garden. And all required and then a little more sanitation procedures are implemented.
