We are a family owned business - operating on a small scale for about 20 years. We recently invested in a food truck and make fresh made to order wood-fired pizzas. They take about 5 minutes each, and people who have just visited Italy will insist this is still the best pizza they have ever had! We are Sicilian, and proud of our heritage.
I am the eldest daughter of the Chef (Carlo) and the boss (Rita). I am a people person and love interacting with our customers. I am organized, detail-oriented, and hard working. I constantly seek efficient and improved ways of doing things - aiming to streamline our business practices as we grow.
