IS (Sacred Intentional Sisterhood) is a space for black mothers and daughters to navigate the challenges of their developing relationship by focusing on mental health, connecting through generational stories and exploring familial roots throughout the world. SIS cultivates conscious and brave women, not perfect women. Together we understand that the human story is a powerful and constantly evolving resource that often forces us to be mindful and reflect on our experiences. Allow SIS to be a space to share life stories, connect and cultivate a sisterhood.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Taylor Nickens, is the Founder of Sacred Intentional Sisterhood. She is a powerhouse of energy and enthusiasm, capped off with an infectious smile.
Her existence is centered with a passion to elevate her community by strengthening and healing the relationship between black mothers and daughters with a primary emphasis on holistic mental health.
Raised by a foundation of strong Black women, she strives to bridge the gap between Black women and healing resources that are instilled in our cultural roots but not always tapped into.
An empowered and uplifted woman can heal the Black community.
