Little Green Coffee Bean

Little Green Coffee Bean is an environmentally conscious, plant-based, mobile coffee and tea cafe. Our mission is to support local charities by giving a part of the proceeds from every drink to area non-profits like Kittens & Barbells Rescue. We prioritize using ingredients that are ethically sourced and use compostable, plant-based cups and straws instead of plastic, our goal is to create as little waste as possible within our business. We offer our menu in Spanish as well as braille and our baristas are learning basic American Sign Language so we can better serve our hearing impaired customers. We are currently using a coffee cart for farmers markets and other events but are in the process of finishing an airstream style trailer that will be 100% solar powered. Along with serving delicious coffee and tea based drinks we also offer fresh plant-based milk made on site that customers can purchase in refillable glass containers.
