Changes with the season, as we get different vegetables! Our pickled vegetables differ from our fermented foods because we're using vinegar instead of a salt brine/time to preserve. We use a Virginia apple cider vinegar that is made by a family producer.
Our Giardineria and Cider Masala Beets are available year-round. We first made the Giardiniera recipe for Sweetgreen! Our winter daikon radish pickles have a devoted following bc they are crunchier than the average cucumber pickle.
