I grew up watching my Abuela selling Tamales throughout our Home Town. (Sioux City, IA)
Upon moving to Florida in 2005 we noticed there wasn't any tamales available at local farmers markets... So we decided to start El Jefe's Tamales, selling high quality Mexican Street Food, while also working together with other vendors to make sure we are all successful.
Well I'm sad to say my grandma passed in 2020. So I'm continuing our dream for us.
