Hip Pop Hooray! prepares and serves FRESH gourmet popcorn in a vibrant 7x10 food trailer! We have a variety of flavors to choose from including; sweet, savory, spicy and chocolate covered. We enjoy partnering with local Boise businesses, we use "The Chocolat Bar" chocolate and "Starlight Herb+ Spice" to create fun, local flair flavors. Our most popular flavor is "Boise Blend" a mix of cheddar and caramel corn. While customers enjoy the market and all the great vendors the sweet smell of popcorn will fill the air! Hip Pop Hooray strives to create a fun atmosphere for customers of all ages!

Graduating from Boise State in 2017 I have a great love for our city and the public lands that surround it! My hope with owning Hip Pop Hooray is to provide a fun snack to Boise for fun on the trails, around town or as a local gift to others. The winter 2021 I enjoyed vending at the 34th Street Holiday Market and meeting all of the other great vendors involved! I look forward to growing my business in the Treasure Valley and becoming a part of the Boise Small Business community.
