Mo' Tacos opened in May 2021 with the goal of providing an accessible and affordable option for the Kaka'ako neighborhood. Using all fresh ingredients sourced as locally as possible we provide vegan, beef, and pork options with weekly specials.
Devin grew up in Texas and has been living in Hawaii since 2012, after graduating from the University of Hawaii in 2019 he spent time working at Ulupono Initiative, and opened Mo' Taco Truck in 2021. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and volunteering at Loko'ia Waikalua in Kaneohe.
