We are a local bakery in the Capital Region baking some of the best bread you have ever had. We have been featured in the Times Union and on WTEN's Off the Beaten Path, and have many delighted customers! We offer weekly delivery to your home or work for a small fee…or come pick up at the bakery (pre-ordering recommended, but not necessary). Available in Honest Weight and Kleinke’s Farm (both delivered Wed and Fri by noon). We bake one or more rotating Breads of the Week with innovative flavor combos.
