Taqwa Safiya is a unique collection of handcrafted Accessories for the Eclectic, Chic Women. Our inspiration comes from the beauty of other cultures and regions, so we use a mixture of fabrics, material, and resources to add to our Eclectic Look.
My name is Taqwa Hasan and I am a native of Michigan. I’m a married mother of two currently residing in Detroit, MI. I graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. I’ve always had a passion for fashion and have grown to become really passionate about business. I attended a very diverse school in Detroit, which contributed to my love for travel. I started my line Taqwa Safiya in 2019 which is a handcrafted Jewelry/Accessories and home decor line for the eclectic chic woman. My designs are heavily inspired by traveling and being around various cultures.
