Nut & Seed Pulp Energy Balls

At aMYLK we make a lot of plant-based nut and seed mylks. The byproduct of this process is the fiberous meal of the nut or seed that we have been working with. We have previously been giving away this nutritious pulp to farmers in need (for use in providing organic feed to livestock), but there is SO MUCH nutrition available in this product that it seems terrible to waste any of it. I have created my nut & seed pulp energy balls to minimize waste and to maximize nutrition for our community. Enjoy!
