I’m Kar, a student at VCU Honors College majoring in biology! I have always had a passion for nature and plants, so I worked to start up a microgreens business with the help of my mom. Our mission is to improve the health and sustainability of our local community by introducing microgreens into everyone’s daily diet, as they provide up to 40x the nutrients of a full-grown crop. We specialize in growing sunflower, peas, broccoli and radish microgreens, as well as wheat grass, and they all come from organic non-GMO seeds and are grown in an organic growth medium.
