Ol’ Hickory Mushrooms

We are a small gourmet mushroom farm in Old Hickory Tennessee. We produce several varieties of Oyster and lions Mane variant mushrooms. Our Oysters consist of King Blue , Pathfinder king, Pink, Golden, Old Road, Snow White, Aspen, Mother of Pearl, Rocky Top Blue, Elm Z, and many more. Our lions mane variants include Lions Mane, Lions Pride, Lions Beard, Tiger Sawgill, Bears Head and more! All our products are cultivated indoors year around. We also make smoked mushroom jerky!!
