My name is Alex and I am a trained chef who is passionate about making wholesome and unprocessed foods with a touch of nostalgia. I make sweet treats such as cake donuts, scotcheroos, caramel corn, hot cocoa pops, fudge, merengues, etc. as well as jams and jellies and pickled vegetables. I also make various crackers and chips. My motto is recyclable/biodegradable materials paired with locally sourced ingredients prepared from scratch with love.
