My name is Rick, and I have always enjoyed spicy food. Years ago, I received a hot sauce making kit for Christmas. During quarantine, I finally had time to try it out! I made six bottles using fresh roasted jalapenos, garlic, and onions. The first batch was such a hit that I ordered more bottles and tried a couple more recipes. They were so popular that in early 2021, I created Quarantine Project to share these recipes with the world. Three years later, we've sold more than 30,000 bottles and donated over $7,500 to local non-profits!
