T and T Global Cuisine

I am a Detroit born and raise resident with a passion and love for the City of Detroit. I worked for 20 years for the Detroit Recreation Tree Department and 17 years for Detroit Public Schools. While working for both organization for over 30 years I became known for creating recipes and cooking foods for my family, friends, and co-workers. The food that I would make was inspired by my desire to travel and taste different parts of the country. So I enjoyed trying recipes or creating them for my family and friends to try. In 2018 and 2019 my husband and I would come to the Eastern Market and tailgate and began cooking for the parties where we got lots of request for foods at private events and we decided we wanted to expand what we did but we did not want to go into debt so we purchase a food cart. We began selling hot dogs and sausage with a large variety of topping at some local farmers markets Rosedale Park in Detroit and Ferndale, Michigan and some local High Schools sports events. this year we would like to sell at the Eastern Market.
