we are a food trailer based in Jacksonville FL, established 2017. we serve authentic Mediterranean/Mideastern food. we are well known for making everything we do from scratch and fresh all the time. we attract a variety of crowd including , vegans, keto and starch and meat lovers.
everything we do is fresh. we grind our own falafels and this what makes it the best in Jacksonville and a great vegan option. our hummus, is made fresh every day. we also grind our own lamb and beef for our meat options. our pita is picked up fresh from a Jacksonville bakery every day. we like to support all local producers by buying as much locally sourced produce. we are also starting to sell prepackaged falafel dough, pickles and hot sauce as a request from our customers that really enjoyed our fresh sauces and falafels. we would like to setup the truck to sell food. also set up a little produce stand to sell our produce, and we feel that we will add to the variety in the market

I grew up in Bethlehem, kababs falafels and hummus were the most popular food where I grew up. I remember my mom giving me soaked chickpeas and vegetables to grind falafel with a hand grinder almost every month since I was 10 years old. the food I make comes from memories I lived in the past, trying to recreate what I felt back home when I ate all the food. My job for me is a lifestyle more than work. and I love what I do because I make people happy by providing the variety of food I make.
