Hi, I’m Tae, and welcome to Tea With Tae (aka TWT)! I love tea and am passionate about delicious tasting tea. Tea is good for your health, good for your mind, and good for your soul. But beyond the great tastes and obvious health benefits, tea is special because it brings people together and makes people happy. It's no wonder that tea is the second most popular drink in the world after water!
Throughout my tea-drinking journey, I've been fortunate enough to try a bunch of different teas from around the world, including experiencing the different ways tea is served. Hands down, loose leaf tea tastes the best compared to your off-the-shelf tea bags. I quickly realized, however, that it's difficult to set aside time to prepare a cup of loose-leaf tea amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Before I started TWT, I worked in a job that required me to travel a lot, and I felt like I was on the go 24/7 with little downtime. As a result, I had to settle for the traditional, low-grade tea bags filled with dust and fannings. I could easily make a cup of tea on the go, but I had to sacrifice quality and flavor as a trade-off. I wondered if there was a way to merge the best of both worlds to enjoy premium, delicious teas without the inconvenience of brewing loose-leaf tea...
Enter Tea with Tae. At TWT, all of our teas are premium, high-quality teas sourced from some of the most exquisite and finest tea farms in the world. Plus, they are served up in tea pyramid sachets, where our tea sachets are adapted to the tea, rather than adapting the tea to the teabag by jamming in flat-tasting tiny, leaves into small teabags. By serving our tea in our plus-size eco-friendly (our tea bags are bio-degradable & plastic-free) tea sachets, we are preserving the sophisticated flavor profiles and aromas of each tea, while maintaining the convenience of a tea bag. It's the best of both worlds, especially for those who are constantly on the move and hustling everyday!
Like I mentioned at the beginning, tea brings people together and makes people happy -- especially when someone is receiving tea as a gift. Our focus at TWT is to not only produce the best tasting, most convenient teas on the market, but also present our tea in beautiful packaging that can be given as a gift to your friends, family, and loved ones.
