We mainly grow gourmet hardneck garlic on our property in Black Forest (all organic, no chemicals). This is our primary commercial crop but we also grow mushrooms, lavender, herbs, nursery plants, and have eggs from our chickens and roast our own coffee beans. Any of these can be sold as well if there's interest.
