We are a native hawaiian family and veteran owned small family business making freeze dried candies and ice cream including local hawaii flavors of freeze dried lemon peel skittles, freeze dried ume shiso skittles, freeze dried pineapple and lilikoi hichews and taffy. We also freeze dry locally made sherbet and freeze dry lilikoi mochi ice cream.
