The Garden Special Salad

Our Garden Special Salad was inspired by one of our farmer's favorite lunch creations. Enjoy the filling nutrition and plant based protein found in our sprouts and beans - a "sprout salad" without the lettuce. The Garden Special Salad is a mixture of our Red Clover Sprouts, Onion Sprouts, Broccoli Sprouts, Lentils, Garbanzo . Add some avocado and your favorite dressing for a healthy lunch, or add as a topping to a larger salad.
