Heavy Metal Sausage Co.

We are a locally sourced, whole animal specialty meat producer. We specialize in French charcuterie, Italian salumi and PA Dutch products. Some of our products, such as sausage, are sold raw while others, such as pate or our deli meats, are sold ready to eat. In March of 2020, when we were both laid off from work, we started Heavy Metal Sausage Co. as a pop up. Our mission is to source meat, vegetables and spices from local farmers, foragers and producers that share our commitment to ethical food production. We are currently in the process of having our production facility/retail space licensed. Our business is majority woman owned.
