Pie Bird Farm

Pie Bird Farm is a 58 acre, 1860's Bucks County farmstead reimagined as a regenerative, community focused farm operated by the husband and wife team, Jennifer Brodsky and Eric Theesfeld.

Fallow for many years, as new stewards of the property we are building a gathering place for the community - pick-your-own, classes, workshops, events and opportunities to just enjoy the farm - walking paths, kite flying, pizza nights, movie nights and stargazing.

We make scratch pies. We REALLY love pie. We use 100% grass fed local organic butter, organic flours and other ingredients and local fruits to make our rustic pies a comfort food delight and a celebration of small farmers and makers.

On the farm, we are focusing our efforts on building soil health and establishing organically grown berries, brambles, flowers. Future plans include growing heritage grains and building a woodfired oven that will serve as the heart of the farm.
