All dog collars have a fabric wrapped webbing base. I use heavy duty hardware specifically made for pet collars. Dog collars come in 3 sizes, and are all adjustable. Cat collars are adjustable, and have a bell attached, but are NOT quick release. Cat shirt collars come with either a tie or a bowtie and fasten with a velcro fastener.
