Bean to Bar Chocolate

​We produce small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using only the finest quality, fairly-traded, ethically-sourced cacao. Specializing in single-origin chocolate, we use only 2 ingredients, organic cacao & organic maple sugar. Our maple sugar comes from Vermont and brings out rich complex flavors in our cacao. Each cacao bean we use has its own unique characteristics & tasting notes creating a different experience with every bar.
