Our secret lies in the South Pacific, but our heart is a full of IDAHO! Karuna Kava has been providing the Treasure Valley with interesting, exotic, and enjoyable wellness focused supplements and nonalcoholic tonics since 2019. Founder Ben McQueen started working in the world of kava at a kava bar in Colorado Springs in 2017, and quickly fell in love with the task of creating unique experiences for others that could change perspectives, as well as lives!
Through meticulous sourcing, rigorous testing, and revolutionary production techniques, Karuna Kava is striving to make the best kava in the world. Our mission is to make the world a better place and improve lives through kava and nonalcoholic alternatives.
We will be opening our Kava Lounge and Production Space in Garden City this spring, but our products can be found currently at karunakava.com.

Karuna Kava is family owned and operated. I'm Ben, founder and operator of Karuna Kava. My wife, Kayleigh, helps out with packaging, sales, and a LOT of good counsel. We do everything from recipe creation and production to graphic design for the labels and marketing. We are proud to work hard for a cause that we believe in (and benefit from)! We are creating a community through kava, and can't wait for what the future holds!
