Chelo currently operates as a pop-up from ex Nightingale co-owner, Luna Contreras, a transgender immigrant woman, In November a pair of locally made artisan sauces, 'Fiery Chipotle' & 'Sweet Habanero' were introduced into Providore, Wellspent Market, Montelupo Market, Food Fight, Sibeiho as well as into several restaurants in Portland. Luna is in the process of entering the Seattle Market at the Market, Cone and Steiner.

Over a dozen pop-ups, Feast Portland, Taste for Equity, Bake sales and fundraisers later we continue to grow as a small business as we look to expand our sauce business by introducing new products and reaching a larger customer base by raising awareness in transgender rights and equity.
