Here’s a little about us! We are launching our business this upcoming spring and we cannot wait to start serving the Nashville area! Our main menu items include bubble waffles, crazy milkshakes, chicken and waffles, and loaded waffle fries.

Hi there! My name is Macy Muckelberg and I am the owner of Bubbled Up! The idea of Bubbled Up happened when I was studying abroad in London, England. I always noticed a continuous line outside of a dessert shop that was next to our apartments. I finally had the chance to try a bubble waffle and it was so tasty! I began researching bubble waffles and realized they were popular in London, New York, and LA but they haven't made it to Nashville yet! Once I graduated from Belmont University in April 2021 I bought a food truck and my journey has finally began! I have spent the last few months building out my truck with my family and I am so excited to finally start serving the Nashville area!
