We are a chef owned craft grilled cheese food truck. We source all products locally whenever possible and only feature Texas made products. Our sandwiches are unique chef inspired creations using only the finest ingredients, all products we sell are house made, we smoke our meats in house and source our bread from a local bakery.

I spent 40 years in the restaurant industry holding positions as Executive Chef in hotels, restaurants and corporate dining as well as owning a restaurant and catering business. I have won numerous medals and awards for my culinary abilities. I love working with people and have been very happy operating my food truck at a variety of events, carnivals and celebrations.
