Ginkgo Goods was started by Lisa Lavalle and her daughter Antoinette. Lisa is an award winning chef (Trellis Cafe) and Antoinette is an artist and herbalist, both born and raised in Des Moines. Ginkgo Goods is the merge of Lisa's culinary talents and Antoinette's knowledge of herbs to create vibrant and healthy creations from the plant world. Best known for their vegan breakfast bowls, custom teas, and smoothies. Lisa and Antoinette are hoping to feed and connect Iowans with healthy and delicious dishes.
