My Alfajor LLC

My Alfajor is a business proposal that seeks to change the consumer's perception of certain products considered "street-food" such as alfajores, empanadas, rosquitas, among others, to be perceived as gourmet products, without losing the essence of an artisanal product and local production. There are precedents for similar products on the market, such is the case of Mexican tacos and French macarons, which can be adapted to all socioeconomic levels and can be perceived as high-quality gourmet products.
