Champ's Deli - Freda's Small Batch Soups

Family business that launched during quarantine 2020 after being established in 2018. Served fresh deli style sandwiches, homemade soups, farm to table salads, smoothies, and locally baked desserts. 2020-2021 fiscal year sales crossed 100K in sales with only 20-25 operational hours per week. Looking to remain physically in Eastern Market area with a soup line coming to local grocers in 2022 spring.
