We are a family run business bringing a little of our hometown of Hazleton, PA to Nashville. We make a cold, deli-style cheese pizza that can be eaten as is or heated up!. We make everything from scratch at citzens kitchen in east Nashville. We also are ready to introduce a vegan tomato pie! We look forward to conitnuing our growth in the Nashville area at your market.
We are four siblings who enjoy the simple things in life: quality time with good people, good music, and good food. Our parents did a pretty fantastic job of raising us to be close-knit group throughout our childhood, and we have remained best friends as we transitioned into adulthood.
Back in our hometown of Hazleton, PA, there is a unique square-cut pizza that is served cold and can be bought in nearly any grocery store. Our family would enjoy this pizza at every family function – from summer camping trips to graduation parties. When we all went off to our separate colleges which were spread out from Philly to VA and the Carolinas, this pizza was a hit with our friends whenever we could get our parents to send it to us. As we all shifted into our professional lives and moved away from one another, we decided that we wanted to start a business venture to keep us connected and to provide us with more time to spend with one another. What better place than Nashville, TN.
