My Little Secret can now be your little secret. This combination of spices provides an excellent spice for Chicken and Fish. Take a tablespoon of seasoning and mix with soft butter, then lather underneath the skin of a chicken. Sprinkle on fresh fish to season it perfectly. If you are a Sous Vide fan, use this seasoning to create the most delicious Chicken breasts you will ever make. For the Sous Vide, 3 chicken breasts with My Little Secret Poultry/Fish blend sprinkled liberally, then 150^F for 1 hour 30 minutes. The flavor will be a sure winner! You will then have the best juiciest chicken that will be falling apart. Makes a great chicken salad too.

Packaged in a convenient bottle, this little secret can be shaken or spooned out.
