Island Girl Seafood is a gourmet mobile food vendor specializing in seafood. We were recently named one of Jacksonville's top food trucks for 2018.We are known for our award-winning, grilled, blackened, coconut, fried shrimp, lobster, fish and scallops. Our Coconut Shrimp with Creole Marmalade has won Best Shrimp for 5 years at the St. Augustine Lions Seafood Festival. Our Flaming Oysters and Blackened Fish Sandwich with Fresh Mango Salsa have won Best Dish in St. Augustine for 4 years. Our Deep Fried Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze are delicious and well known. We have vended in exclusive area events like The Players Championship or TPC, Welcome to Rockville, The Warped Tour and more.

We also specialize in Amazing Fried Cheese Balls. We offer Brie with Raspberry Preserves, Mozzarella with Marinara, Goat Cheese with Balsamic Glaze, Smoked Gouda with Marinara, Pepper Jack with Ranch. We will gladly add your favorite cheese to the mix. Brie Fries with Truffle Oil are a fan favorite.

We also offer Hawaiian Shave Ice, Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Cookies and Candy.
