I am a professional registered nurse of 32 years, and a budding condiment/sauce maker. The recipe is based on an original recipe created by my great grandmother from Tennessee. I have made a great sauce even greater because we use the highest quality of organic and all natural ingredients. The sauce appeals to international groups and is adaptable to any cuisine.
