Tray Farms is an indoor vertical farm located in Troy NY, specializing in microgreens. I have been selling to restaurants across the capital district for the last three years (including in Delmar) and offer weekly pickup/local delivery for people in the Capital District community. Tray Farms is an avid donor to the Free Food Fridges, supplying nutritious greens to the local community in need.
Tray Farms is a one woman show. I grow over 25 varieties of microgreens and operate 365 days a year. I am committed to supplying beautifully delicious and nutritious microgreens to the surrounding community. To be a part of the Delmar Farmers Market would allow my small business to set deeper roots in the Capital District.

Use Only Organic Materials
All microgreens are grown indoors in reusable trays that have been washed and sanitized. Organic soil and seed are used. LED low wattage lights are used for growing. Watering is measured and timed to conserve water. All microgreens are hand cut and packaged into tamper proof recyclable packaging and labeled with farm info, name of product, date of harvest, weight, and recommendations to wash and to keep refrigerated. All harvesting happens day of delivery/sale to ensure freshness.
