My name is Deidra and I am co creator of High Moon Farm in Grand Island Florida where we grow hemp and medicinal herbs. During the pandemic I discovered my love of growing plants and distilling them in my copper alembic still, creating living essential waters, better known as hydrosols. Over the course of a few months playing with the plants I discovered my inner artist and began hand tying brooms. From full length sweepers to mini hawks tails and cob webbers to protection besoms...it is my art! I also created a line of small batch, hand blended herbal teas...flavorful and functional.
My offerings currently can be found at these fine locations: The Dona Vista Market in Umatilla, Howey Market in Howey in the Hills, Lotus & Buddha Art Collective and Coffee House in Micanopy, Pachamama's Market in St Pete & OMG Coffee House in Tavares.

Both the art of distilling plants and broom making came into my awareness during the pandemic and changed my life for the better! I fell in love with both and they quickly consumed my days and nights. I now grow many of the plants I use for distillation and even grow some of the material I use in my brooms.
