Los Amollos

Los Amollos is a startup founded by a young married couple that has roots in both Mexico and Portland. We would like to offer traditional Mexican street food dishes using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to be cooked fresh on-site. This includes small plates like flautas, tacos, tostadas, and bowls as well as house-made, bottled salsas available for retail purchase. We believe that using the fresh produce and meats that Oregon has to offer will bring the delicious flavors of these traditional dishes to life in the way that only farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients can. Los Amollos would also offer Portlanders the opportunity to get a taste of the cultural, community-based experience inherent in Mexican street food. We are committed to supporting local farmers, sustainability, and providing local communities with access to quality and culturally-rich foods.
