Red Velvet Cupcakes

Red velvet cupcake has a crumbly, soft and light texture tastes like very mild cocoa with a slightly tart edge. The cupcake is optimized by the cream cheese frosting made purely with cream cheese, lemon juice vanilla and powdered sugar.
