"EatSimpybydora" is an American gourmet establishment formed in Portland, Oregon, in the fall of 2021 as a byproduct of a 14-year successful cafe/bakery, "Sweet and Savory", in Southern California. The owner and baker, Dora Liang, is a retired pharmacist who discovered cooking and baking where she used her science training to improve on techniques and outcomes. Fortunately, the efforts paid off, and "Sweet and Savory" became a well-loved cafe in San Marino, California. Dora did not attend culinary school but her love for food and attention to detail have made her foods rival professional chefs.
