In 2010, living in central Louisiana, DeAnne purchased her first Nubian Goats and began making cheese and homemade soaps with the milk. In 2017, she took a class to refine her skills in Waco Texas. Excited to practice what she learned, she began making soap to share with friends and family. Everyone loved the lather and moisture of the Goatmilk bars so much that this soapmaking hobby soon became an exciting business adventure.

As the business has grown, other people have joined the team. Deanne‘s friend Rebecca and family members, have stepped in to participate in various parts of bringing this vision to existence. DeAnne’s friend Rebecca and DeAnne’s sons Aaron and Austin help to make the soap and other products. DeAnne‘s daughter Lauren has helped design the labels. They all have found a place that they are proficient in and have enjoyed their new adventure here in Waco Texas.
Our creamy goat’s milk soap bars are locally crafted on our goat farm from start to finish with pure, simple and local ingredients. After milking our Nubian Goats, we then use the milk with a combination of different oils and techniques to create a rich and creamy batter. By adding a variety of essential oils, fragrance oils, herbs and colorants, we are able to create small batches of beautiful and unique bars. We use local ingredients such as; honey, herbs, oatmeal, flowers and seeds. We also make a line for sensitive skin using only olive oil and goat’s milk with essential oils. These are commonly known as Castile bars. Although our goat milk body bar soap is our main product, we also produce other products with our goat’s milk such as shave bars, shampoo bars, conditioner, bath truffles, lip butter, bath salts, Goatmilk lotion, salt bars, laundry powder, all natural deodorant, beard oil, bath bombs and shower steamers.
We love bringing new Ideas and products to our line of soaps. Not only are we bringing new seasonal soaps, but we in general always trying to improve upon the lines that we have now and learn new techniques and ways to reduce waste and plastic in the environment.
