About
JaxCareConnect is an initiative created by the Duval Safety Net Collaborative. We're a nonprofit that works to connect adult residents of Duval County (who don't have insurance) to primary care, through our network of free and charitable clinics. The Duval Safety Net Collaborative consists of: Agape Family Health, Community Health Outreach, Muslim American Social Services, Mission House, Sulzbacher, Volunteers in Medicine, and We Care Jacksonville, Inc.

Jenny O’Donnell has served in various capacities managing programs for non-profit organizations locally as well as internationally. She has vast experience in the areas of volunteer and community engagement as well as launching program start-ups and new initiatives. She has had the opportunity to lead programs within outstanding service organizations such as Habitat for Humanity International, HandsOn Jacksonville, United Way of Northeast Florida, AmeriCorps and Episcopal Children’s Services. She is also a dedicated Guardian Ad Litum volunteer and advocates for children in the dependency court system.
