JC’s Daily Bread is a feast for the senses. Our eclectic variety of breads and pastries has taken markets by storm. The Butterscotch and Butterscotch Pecan loaves seem to have their own fan club, as do our Italian Medley and "Ode to Hippie" offerings. Eating our Baguettes and Croissants are trips back to France for those who know the difference. In short, we do our best to not disappoint and in fact, “wow” our customers and fellow vendors alike. There are no conveyor belts at The Edge Bakery & Artisan Café. All of our baked goods are mixed from the best basic ingredients we can source in small batches, then hand-rolled before ambient proofing and baking. We have a 50-quart and a 100-quart mixer, three wooden tables, a walk-in cooler, plus two steam-injected ovens, which give the amazing crust and mouth feel you will experience with our breads. Our pastries are based using in-house made croissant dough making them what one should expect at a four star hotel.
