Dark Shadow Mushrooms

We are the only locally owned and operated gourmet mushroom farm in the Des Moines Metro. We practice all organic practices, no herbicides or pesticides are used during the whole growing process. We also make mushroom jerky for vegan and vegetarian customers who are looking for alternative meat solutions. We would be offering over 6-8 different mushrooms, rotating around for a combined 15+ different mushrooms for our customers throughout the year. We are very passionate and support the growing farm-to-table movement and love to help our community by providing healthy and delicious mushrooms for themeselves and family.
