Holy Rollie Pastry Shop serves cinnamon rolls in a variety of flavors since October 2020. We recently moved from a cottage kitchen to a commercial kitchen and sell at farmers markets or online with local delivery or shipping options.
Holy Rollie is a family-owned business. Kimberly Matthews is a chemist and her husband Phillip Matthews has experience in sales. The two combined their strengths to launch Holy Rollie Pastry Shop with the help and encouragement of family and friends.
